Hello Hanoi

We arrived in Hanoi this morning. Had lunch at the Sheraton and used their internet. Booked a hotel on Expedia in Halong Bay and then decided to stay in Hanoi over night. Chose a hotel, the Calypso based on good Trip Advisor reviews. It is fabulous, great staff, excellent vibe and great decor. Tomorrow we will get picked up at 8am for a 3 day 2 night cruise on Halong Bay. The cruise looks pretty exciting and I'm glad we're doing it while we're here as it would be a shame to come all this way and not see Halong Bay.
